Land reclamation increased labile and moderately labile P fractions and strengthened co‐occurrence network of gcd community in calcareous soils

چکیده
Abstract Land reclamation significantly impacts the transformation and availability of phosphorus (P) in soils. P‐solubilizing microorganisms (PSMs) play key roles activating soil P. However, responses PSMs to buildup P under land relationship between different fractions have not been clearly clarified. Here, an investigation was carried out containing three treatments: (i) vegetable field (VF), (ii) cropland (CF), (iii) uncultivated (UL). Different were measured; abundance stable oxygen isotope phosphate D.HCl‐Pi determined. The diversity, composition, co‐occurrence network glucose dehydrogenase community ( gcd ) analyzed. Compared with UL treatment, total treatments VF CF increased by 1.5 1.2 times, respectively. proportions labile moderately 151% 58% higher than treatment. α‐diversity (i.e., Shannon Chao1 indices) greater change structure closely associated resin‐Pi, NaHCO 3 ‐Pi, NaOH‐Pi. nodes edges networks Overall, a substantial amount accumulated after reclamation, which more pronounced non‐labile P; complexity robustness community's notably strengthened reclamation.

Labile and Non-Labile Fractions of Phosphorus and Its Transformations in Soil under Eucalyptus Plantations, Brazil
Phosphorus (P) is the main limiting nutritional factor in the cultivation of Eucalyptus in Brazil. Despite this, little is known about the P fractions and dynamics in Eucalyptus soils in tropical regions. The aims of this study were (1) to evaluate the distribution of labile and non-labile fractions of P in soil in 10 sites of Eucalyptus in the state of São Paulo, Brazil and (2) to determine th...

The forms and dynamics of soil phosphorus can be greatly affected by land use changes, which often involve changes in vegetation cover, biomass production and nutrient cycling in the ecosystem. Present research evaluates the impact of land use change on the amount of total organic and inorganic P, labile, moderately labile and nonlabile P pools in semiarid soils of central Zagros. Samples were ...

15 صفحه اولRelationships Between land Use and Arbuscular Mycorrhizal (AM) Spore Abundance in Calcareous Soils
This study was conducted to determine soil properties that correlate with the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal (AMF) spore numbers in semiarid calcareous soils of Hamadan province in northwestern of Iran. Soil samples from six sites managed differently were collected from a 0 to 30 cm depth. The results showed that land use and management systems had a significant effect on AMF spore number in soi...
